Arranged for the advanced intermediate to advanced pianist, this arrangement of Mack The Knife is in the key of C Major. The arrangement begins with the melody in the primo part with the secundo playing punched chords over a walking bass style left hand. The secundo continues in the same manner during the second chorus under the primo part now playing a written out improvisation. Upon completion of the improvisational section, the secundo briefly takes up the melody with the primo playing some written out improvisational fills until finally picking up the melody from the secundo one last time to bring the arrangement to its conclusion.
