The Holly and the Ivy for Eb Saxophone (Alto, or Baritone) is new for September 2020 and is in a sentimental smooshy smooth jazz style. As well as very much incorporating the original melody, additional original material has been added to really allow the saxophone to soar at its best. It is one of five pieces from 'Christmas Jazz - Volume 2 for Eb saxophone and piano' which includes; Deck The Halls, The Holly and the Ivy, O Holy Night, Away in a manger, and Ukrainian Folk Carol). Christmas Jazz Volume 1 also has five Jazz-inspired beautiful Christmas pieces too; God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, Silent Night, The First Nowell, I Saw Three Ships, and Hark The Herald and is by the same composers.
If you liked the example mp3 track, after ordering, you can email us via the details on your printed sheet music and we'll send you the beautiful demonstration, and backing track. :D.
